REPORT ON WORKS SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING HELD AT KWAEBIBIREM MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY CONFERENCE HALL ON 1^ST MARCH, 2022

RECOMMENDATIOS MADE BY THE WORKS SUB-COMMITTEE TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Works Sub-committee meeting held on 1^st march,2022 agreed that the following recommendation should be presented to the executive Committee for consideration and implementation.

• The Municipal Assembly should procure a vehicle for the Works Department to enhance development control activities
• The Municipal Assembly should replace all defective streetlight within the Municipality to enhance visibility at night.
• The Municipal Assembly should provide waste bins at the Kade lorry park to reduce littering at the facility.
