REPORT ON WORKS SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING HELD AT KWAEBIBIREM MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY CONFERENCE HALL ON 12TH JULY, 2022

RECOMMENDATIOS MADE BY THE WORKS SUB-COMMITTEE TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Works Sub-committee meeting held on 12th July ,2022 agreed that the following recommendation should be presented to the executive Committee for consideration and implementation.

  • The Municipal Assembly should replace al defective streetlights within the municipality to enhance visibility at night.
  • The committee wishers to know the status of implementation of the remaining fifty (50) bags of cement out of hundred (100) bags which was agreed to be given to each Assembly member.
  • The committee a part of its visit to the Kade market has found out there are some structures springing up in the market. The community would like to find out if these projects are planned projects for the Municipal Assembly.
