REPORT FROM THE SECOND DEVELOPMENT PLANING SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING, HELD ON THURSDAY, 14^TH JULY 2022 AT THE MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HALL TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.

The following understated recommendations were made from development planning sub-committee meeting to the executive for the necessary action to be taken.

1. The committee recommends consideration and approval of the reviewed 2022 composite annual action plan.

2. The committee recommends that honorable members should encourage their constituent to initiate more community initiated project since such novelties help lessen the burden of the Assembly.
