THE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY 10TH MARCH,2022

REPORT FROM THE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY 10TH MARCH 2022 AT THE MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HALL  TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.

The following understated recommendations were made from development planning sub-committee meeting to the executive for the necessary action to be taken.

  • The committee recommended that all revenue generated activities/project in the annual action plan should start as soon as possible in other to generate revenue from them for the execution of other project/activities of the annual action plan.
  • The committee recommended for an immediate action on the development of the allocated land for the new Kade cemetery in order to promote good public health and revenue generation.
  • The committee also recommended that going forward the Municipal Assembly should put in place measures to ensure that all site acquired or given to the Municipal Assembly are  documented with signatories of stakeholders involved.
