REPORT FROM THE DEVELOPMENT PLANING SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY,5^TH OCTOBER 2022 AT THE MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HALL TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.

The following understated recommendations were made from the development planning sub-committee meeting to the executive for the necessary action to be taken.

1. The committee recommends the recommendation and approval of the Draft 2023 composite annual action plan at the executive committee level

2. The committee further recommends that project that has been rolled over from 2022 should be completed early in other to ensure money given the recent increase in price of goods and services.
