REPORT ON THREE CIRCUITS FESTIVAL OF CREATIVE ARTS AND CULTURE FOR BASIC SCHOOLS.

 

 

INTRODUCTION:

The report covers activities undertaken by Cultural Co-ordinator within the Municipality.

The activities included:

  • Kade B Circuit Basic Schools Festival of Creative Arts and Culture.
  • Abaam Circuit Basic Schools Festival of Creative Arts and Culture
  • Otumi Circuit Basic Schools Festival of Creative Arts and Culture

The Circuit Festival of Creative Art and Culture is an annual event that takes place in the Kwaebibirem municipality. This event is a celebration of the rich cultural heritage and artistic expressions of the Basic Schools in the area. It is an opportunity for (learners) artists, musicians, dancers, and other creative to showcase their talents and connect with the local community.

PURPOSE OF THE REPORT:
The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of the Circuit Festival of Creative Art and Culture in the Kwaebibirem Municipality. The report will highlight the key features of the event, including its objectives, activities, and impact on the local community. It will also examine the challenges faced by organizers and stakeholders in ensuring the success of the festival.

OBJECTIVES OF THE CIRCUIT FESTIVAL OF CREATIVE ART AND CULTURE:

The Circuit Festival of Creative Art and Culture has several objectives, including:

2. To provide a platform for (learners) local artists and creative to showcase their talents and connect with the community.

3. Establish a clear and efficient system for coordinating and scheduling performances from multiple schools.
4. Identify suitable venues for hosting the festival and ensure they are accessible and well-equipped.
5. Develop a comprehensive marketing and promotion plan to increase awareness of the festival, including utilizing social media and other digital platforms.

CONCLUSION.

The hope is that, more prominence will be given to Cultural Coordinator activities in order to facilitate reduce the menace of moral degeneration in the societies.
