RECOMMENDATIONS BY WORKS SUB- COMMITTEE TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ON 2ND MARCH, 2023

The Works Sub- committee meeting held on 2^nd March, 2023 agreed that the following recommendations should be presented to the executive committee for consideration and implementation.

The Municipal Assembly should put the Otumi Police Station to use.   

The Municipal assembly should communicate to the project consultation to instruct the road contractor to provide warning signs on the Adankrono- Pramkese stretch of road; also road traffic control devices should be in place to reduce frequent road incidents within the Sakora park enclave especially at the intersections 

The Municipal Assembly should instruct traders (stores owners) to stop displaying their wares on the pavements; also measures should be put in place to curtail failure of paying of toll by drivers who have been exiting through the plantain sellers’ market.
