AUDIT UNIT SERVICE COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON 21ST JULY,2023

AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

The audit committee of the KbMA (Kwaebibirem Municipal Assembly) held its second quarter meeting on Friday 21^st July 2023, at the Municipal Assembly Hall Kade.

All members were presents and in-attendance were the, the Municipal coordinating Director, the Municipal finance officer, the Municipal Internal Auditor and the Senior Accountant.

The Chairperson Ms, Eyram Nyamuame welcomed members to the meeting and asked them to contribute meaningfully to the discussion.

The agenda discussed at the meeting was the Discussion of the 1^st quarter 2023 Internal Auditor Report.

The meeting started at 9:14 a.m. and ended at 12:30pm and all recommendations under was channel to management for implementation.
